Working out is has to be my favorite part of being on a fitness journey. I love setting goals, pushing myself, and seeing what my body and mind are capable of. Over the years I’ve done everything from thinking doing a 15 minute ab workout was enough for a body transformation to slogging away 2 and 3 hours in the gym. Through my trial and error I learned how to sweat smart. I learned how to make the most of my workouts in a practical, realistic amount of time and I’m here to share what I’ve learned with you guys!
