Here’s a recipe for a quick delicious smoothie packed with strawberry and banana goodness, plus protein to help build muscle.
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1/2 – 1 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 scoop peanut butter (can use any nut butter)
- 1 scoop Cellucor Strawberry Milkshake whey protein powder (if you don’t have protein powder, you can substitute by adding some strawberry Greek yogurt for more protein)
- 1/2 cup of water
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds. That’s it! Pour into a mason jar or glass and enjoy.
